What happens if I need to cancel my stay?

You have the possibility to cancel your stay within 15 days after signing your lease. After entering the house, it is not possible to cancel even if it is before the 15-day notice. Beyond this deadline, we will be obliged to charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 month's rent.

How much do I have to pay to make a Reservation?

To make a reservation you must pay the full amount for one month, as long as there are less than 30 days left before your Check-In. If you book further in advance you must pay 50% of the first month's fee, and when there are 30 days left you must pay the rest. The deposit can be paid up to 48 hours before your arrival.

What documentation do I need to provide?

ID card, proof of funds to guarantee the solvency of payments for at least 3 months. Certificate of ownership and bank account number to pay back the deposit 15 days after your Checkout.

How is the booking process?

Apply by filling out a short questionnaire so we can get to know you and make a ideal match with your future flatmates! Once you have registered, you will have access to our calendar to schedule a call with our team for a short video or phone call. This call aims to make sure you have all the information you need, guide you and help you choose the best room that best suits your needs.

How long can my stay last?

Whether you are staying for 2 months, or if you prefer to stay for several months, we adapt to you and your circumstances. Also if you are looking for a stay of less than 28 days you can apply for our short term rental quotes.

How many people will I live with?

It all depends on the number of rooms available in the accommodation you are interested in. Each accommodation usually 3 rooms. We are committed to spaces with spacious rooms and with an occupancy of no more than 4 people in each accommodation.

What is expected of me?

We expect you to respect other members and take care of the apartment, keeping it clean and tidy. Just as you found it on your first day.

Are pets allowed?

No.

Check-In and Check-Out?

Check In. You can access your room from 14:00h with your access code.

Check Out. You have until 11:00h to leave the room.

Cancellation Policy

Before arrival: If you cancel 7 days or less before the arrival date you will NOT receive a refund of the monthly payment.

If you cancel before 15 days before the arrival date you will receive 50% of the monthly payment. If you cancel before 30 days before the arrival date you will receive 100% of the monthly payment.

During your stay: If you leave before the end of the contract. You will have to pay an extra month, except in case of extenuating circumstances.
